Enter recovery - recommended (CTR v3 / TWRP v3)
Do a clean wipe (Wipe data, Wipe cache, Wipe dalvik cache)
Choose install zip
Install ROM zip
Go back to recovery home
Choose reboot now
Note: first boot will take some time.
